Award Presented to Our Alumnus

At the 9th İzmir Humour Festival, held in Efes Selçuk, the Aziz Nesin Humour Award was presented to Mr Ohannes Şaşkal, a graduate of our school from the Class of 1975–1976. It was particularly meaningful that one of Şaşkal’s caricatures was also featured on the official festival poster.

The same award was also bestowed upon Gani Müjde, Yüksel Aksu, Canol Kocagöz and Gani Sunduri.

We warmly congratulate all the artists, and especially Ohannes Şaşkal, on this distinguished recognition.
