Introduction Event for the KarDes Bağlarbaşı Memory Walk

On Wednesday, 2 October, our school hosted the introduction of the “Bağlarbaşı Memory Walk”, a project carried out over the past year in collaboration between the Hrant Dink Foundation’s KarDes team and our students.

The event was attended by representatives of the Üsküdar Municipal Council, foundation board chairs and members, academics and invited guests.

Following the presentation of the memory sites included in the Bağlarbaşı Walk, Mehmet Fatih Uslu, Sevengül Sönmez and Zakarya Mildanoğlu delivered talks examining Üsküdar from diverse historical and cultural perspectives.
