Our Students Showed Success at BAUMUN Advanced Conference

Elın Alkanlı, Encıl Amuroğlu, Edvin Mikailoğlu, Lorin Yelegen and Katya Menteşe took part in the BAUMUN Advanced Conference held between 25–27 October 2024.

Within their respective committees, our students engaged in debates based on the pre-determined agenda items, representing the political views, strategies and national positions of the countries they were assigned. They negotiated, formed alliances and sought to secure support for their proposed resolutions.

In the Olympic Committee, Katya Menteşe, representing the United States of America, was awarded an Honourable Mention. In the Special Political and Decolonisation Committee, Elın Alkanlı, representing China, received the High Achievement Award.
